BEYOND THE STYLES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and sanitation purposes, ALL SALES MADE WITH BEYOND THE STYLES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES for change of mind, ordering errors, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after a product has been used or altered.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, texture, length, quantity, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

NO REFUNDS

Beyond The Styles does not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the incorrect length, texture, or quantity

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • No longer wanting or needing the order

  • Personal preference regarding the hair

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Hair that has been washed or conditioned

  • Hair that has been colored, dyed, or bleached

  • Hair that has been cut, chemically processed, or altered

  • Hair that has been installed, worn, or otherwise used

  • Shipping or carrier delays outside of our control

HAIR PRODUCTS

For hygiene and sanitation purposes, all hair products are considered final sale.

Once hair has been opened, installed, worn, washed, colored, bleached, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise altered from its original condition, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

If Beyond The Styles sends you an incorrect item or you believe an item arrived defective, contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item.

Do not install, wash, cut, color, bleach, or alter the hair.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Reporting an issue does not automatically qualify an order for a monetary refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Please make sure your order is correct before submitting payment.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Beyond The Styles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted this policy.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, Beyond The Styles reserves the right to provide applicable transaction records, this policy, order details, customer communications, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor or financial institution reviewing the dispute.

This provision does not prevent a customer from exercising any rights available to them under applicable law or their payment provider's rules.
